Legacy programme (what's included?)

The AVOLYA Legacy programme supports your employees for 12 months – medically, personally and digitally. It includes all Balance features and adds personal support, individual plans and three phases on top.

Medical support
Medical eligibility check by our team of doctors before the start, medical support in all three phases with regular progress checks, and consultations with a doctor when needed. Medication is optional and only provided after medical approval.
Personal coach
Weekly check-ins, round-the-clock written contact with a coach and a reply within 24 hours.
Nutrition
Recipe World in the app with a calorie tracker, plus personal recipes and daily and weekly plans, tailored to tolerances, tastes and goals.
Movement
Movement World with workout videos, plus individual workouts and training plans that grow with each person.
Three phases
Gentle start, transformation and long-term stability – with content and plans updated monthly.
Knowledge and support
Health guide, FAQ portal and support area with chat and ticket system.
Data protection
All health data stays with AVOLYA. Your company does not receive any personal data.
